PAYMENTS
All appointments will be required to pay a $50 deposit. Deposit goes towards your service total. Deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balance due day of service with cash or card. (service fees applies with card payments)
CANCELLATIONS
You must cancel your appointment at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time to prevent being charge the full price. Deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable.
RUNNING LATE
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOWS
Not showing up to an schedule appointment will incur a product waste fee of $250. To prevent this charge please email hello@nakedfacials.com to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hrs of scheduled time. Deposits and Product Waste Fees are non refundable and non transferable. By scheduling an appointment you agree and adhere to this policy.
*All appointments are pre booked online at nakedfacials.com it is required that all clients have an active credit card on file. There is an automatic 20% gratuity charged to the card on file after completion of your service.
